“Worst room conditions. Stayed in two different rooms here, but in both, the lights were malfunctioning and wouldn't turn on, with more issues in the second room. The sink was clogged, the shower leaked, and there was no warm water. Towels were dirty, and the bathroom had a bad odor. Some front desk staff were very unfriendly, ruining the entire travel experience. No advantages except for being near the airport. Even worse, the airport shuttle has time restrictions. “I Reseved a Handicap Accessible Room and The Amenities stated it had Tv Accessible shower rollin shower Fridge Microwave !!! When I Cheched in No Fridge and No Microwave and When I Asked about it they said it would be extra charge and I said why if it was in the reservation description when I reserved the Room !!!!! Please Address this issue so it don’t happen again !!!!”
