“Lovely clean and comfortable room and well thought out. Set around a quiet courtyard and so much nicer than a typical hotel and noisy corridors. ideal place for a short break and exploring the area. Really nice rural setting but easy to find. Good contact and check in instructions. I will definitely return and recommend.”

“Had a lovely little break with the family. Lodge was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. Hot tub was a firm favourite with everyone, especially the kids. Would recommend this place to anyone”

“The main thing to be said about our stay at the poltimore is that the staff really couldnt do enough for you. So attentive and lovely. The room was clean, spacious and had a stunning view of the countryside. The water sometimes ran brown, but this is probably the only negative comment to be said. Food has always been very nice here. We happily stay here again. ”

“The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking). Now. "체크인하고 냉장실에 있는 물을 마시려고했는데, 물병이 새것이 아님을 이미 알고있었지만(5성급이 아니니까), 물병이 이미 너무 더러웠음. 5성급 서비스를 원하는것은 아니지만, 그래도 기본적인 위생도 지켜지지않는게 충격이었음. 물병 뚜껑 안쪽에 온갖 이물질이 끼어있었음. 바쓰 도시는 매우아름다운데, 다시온다면 머물지 않을것임"
