“Hotel is no where near where it is stated . Staff checked our luggage till 3pm. They only had one other guest staying at the hotel and our room was clearly ready however, they made us wait until after 3pm to check in. The lounge they said we could wait in had a few of their employees spread out all over the room and at 3pm when we walked from the tiny table we were waiting. “My stay here was an amazing experience. The restaurant offered service on par with what you would expect from a hotel, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and made a lasting impression. While the cleanliness of the room and the lack of transportation options could be considered minor downsides, the room quality was still reasonable given the price. Since I was already aware of the isolated location, it wasn't an issue for me.”

“Very quaint and clean with a perfect pub attached. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. A bit out of town but still a great location near a park and the river to walk. Train station in Glen Abbey is walkable. It was a bit chilly when we arrived but the room warmed up nicely”

“We had a terrible experience dealing with the manager of the property. Perhaps the worst manager we ever dealt with. He had problems logging into his system, but all he could tell us was "I cant help you". We had issues with check ins, the room smelled smoky and air ventilation system was broken. “Picked this hotel as a stop off for the ferry to jersey. Had everything we needed. Breakfast really good. Had to pay for parking which we didn’t really appreciate.”
