“Blinds were very dusty. Bathtub is dangerously slippery.”

“A+”

“Quality Inn needs to get with the franchise owner on this! First, let me start by saying that the housekeeping is doing a great job. However, several things that are not housekeeping related really downgraded what should have been a delightful stay. First, there was nobody at the front desk, which is okay with a later check-in (8:30pm). However, there was a little sign that said the courtesy phone for the front desk was out of order. And there was no bell to ring for service. So one of us had...

“Beautiful place. Clean well maintained Can’t wait to visit again”

“One of the best stays I’ve ever had!”

“Good clean room close to downtown. Breakfast was nice, waffle bar, etc. Walls are thin, you can hear everything and everyone. Pool is well maintained and decent sized. Would stay again if in the area.”

“Check in took a LONG time...15 plus minutes. We discovered after pulling the bedding down for the night that one side of the sheet had a huge hole. My husband got his foot caught in it. Even if we would have wanted to call the front desk...no phone. The shower had hair from other guests in it. How do you miss that much hair when cleaning???? Our room phone didn't work or even have a cord connected to it and we had an emergency and had to call for an ambulance. Thank goodness for cell phones! Due...

“Not happy with our stay. Bed was hard as a board yet had 2 very pronounced indentions where people have slept. Very uncomfortable to sleep on, and we were both sore in the morning. Faucets were strange -- both sink and shower would not stay on cold, they went hot quickly. Hot was very hot. We could barely stand under the shower because the water became too hot, and would not cool down even with the faucet all the way on "cold." Towels were not soft and were rather scratchy. Room was relatively...

“The property and room were very clean. The breakfast was good. A lot of options. The couple that work there are awesome. Very helpful and really go above and beyond. Give them both a raise!!”

“The beds did not sleep good”

“The room was just fine. Not too much noise and the beds were good. I just have some suggestions. You should have three pillows for each bed and more convenient electrical outlets that have ports for phones.”

“Great location. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast.”
