The room on the 5th floor was basic but functional. It had a juliet balcony but it appeared that the other rooms had full balconies, overlooking the lough. The location was excellent & the staff were lovely

Hotel was super clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Very adhered to the new regulations in place. Felt very comfortable staying there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway but who are cautious about the situation we are in. Definitely will stay again!

Friendly staff. Warm, clean comfortable rooms. Food was plentiful and tasty. Pool was very busy.
