"While the room was definitely on the small side, there was just two of us, so it was perfect. Bed was ok, a little harder than I am used to, but we were up and out the door early every morning. The hotel was beautiful, the architecture so cool and interesting. We got take out from the restaurant and ate in our room one night (we were so tired!) and it was very tasty. Valet parking pickup was quick. Would definitely recommend. "

"We traveled during the Houston rodeo and the hotel was understaffed. Check-in took a very long time."

"Great location! Good breakfast! The hotel is older so it’s a little run down but they were obviously updating it as there were men working on the outside to improve it. The beds were great and very comfortable. Bathrooms could use some improvement. The furniture looked new and updated. Walking distance to the Convention Center which is one of the reasons for staying here as we were there for an event. "

"This property is tired. I do not mind paying $450 a night for a hotel room if it is deserved. I do mind paying $450 when there’s mold in the shower around the tub, on the ceiling in the shower, the vanity trim around the bathroom mirror is cracked, and the wood cabinets in the bathroom have scratches and knicks. Pool area is nice."
