“So I had accidentally made the booking right around midnight on Expedia and it immediately moved it to the next night and the lady at the front desk was kind enough to let me stay there that night instead and then because I had already used the Expedia reservation I guess it charged me, but it had charged me twice and every time that I tried to talk to somebody about this, they refused to believe me.”
“Very clean and the staff are very friendly. It was convenient as it was very close to the Galleria, etc. The hotel was quiet and suitable for relaxation.”
“Appreciated being able to put a "Please don't disturb" sign on the door that they respected and having amazon deliveries kept safe in office with no trouble. Business really needs to join with the surrounding community though, and help work on the social problems of crime and poverty. We are all ONE! <3”
