“After checking in, we immediately noticed an unpleasant odor in the room, but chose to overlook it due to a long day. Within an hour, I woke up with itchy eyes and nose and had an asthma attack. The smell was then unmistakable—it strongly resembled a dog kennel. My husband spoke with the front desk and was informed that all rooms on every floor are pet-friendly. “Everything was clean, bit the only suggestion was to have better tasting coffee. The coffee tastes like it was mixed with cooking oil or something odd.”

“I stay at a lot of these types of venues and honestly the breakfast here although the same menu as others was made to perfection. Further the area was spotless like I’ve never seen before. I never leave revues but this is deserved Well done”

“We only stayed overnight, but the room was very clean, the hotel itself had an odor, but overall, it was a nice place. ”

“Broken toilet seat in our room. Cards didn’t work to get in the doors. Room didn’t get cleaned during the day. Cobwebs in corners of room. Couldn’t find staffing to get help when we reported issues nothing was done to fix them.”

“My check in was great, the gentleman who assisted me was kind and courteous. My room key had to be redone every time I left the room, unsure of the reason, it was remedied as it occurred. I chose this hotel because of breakfast, however the 2 days I was there, none was offered, waited till 6:20 each morning (breakfast starts at 6am). Location was close proximity to food and entertainment. ”

“The room was dirty. When we left i noticed the blanket had a stain. The bathroom was dirty. The shower head was gross. We had to ask for new towels. The towels in the bathroom were dirty. ”

“The room was so huge! It's almost like they chose the huge size of the rooms and then filling them was an after thought. The space at the entrance of the room could fit a kitchen that they seemed to just think "nah, let's just leave it super open". The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was standard. This was just a stop for us on a long road trip so we didn't use any amenities and we left super early in the morning before breakfast was even open. ”

“Clean room, the kitchen needs more supplies to truly be able to cook a decent meal ”

“침대 푹신했고 에어컨 소리 심하지 않고 아침 식사도 나쁘지 않았는데,,,,,, 다만,,,, 다만,,,, 식당에서 하필이면 내 자리 밑에 바퀴벌레가 이따만한게 튀어나와 기겁을 했던 안좋은 기억이 있네요. ㅠㅠ”
