It's a classic old hotel in the old part if Beaumont. Near I 10 but my room was quiet and clean. The beds are old and the pillows uncomfortable but the linens were clean.

The breakfast was great, the staff was greater! The hotel is older but you can tell it was once a grand hotel. The rooms are probably the nicest for the area. Quick trip to the downtown area and concert venue.

Hotel was great and amenities was helpful . Close to hospital, which is what we needed for a family surgery. Clean and staff was very helpful. You must ask to get sheets changed daily and towels replaced. Enjoyed my stay.
