"I made the reservation literally minutes before walking back to the counter. I used Expedia. The date was entered for the next day. But the money was paid. This manager had no common sense to let me have a room today that was already paid for. If you can't accommodate your guest outside, the lines a little. You're not very good at your job. It was a typo. Someone who is providing rest for weary travelers should not let this be a reason to provide that. Hopefully you will learn from this, that we're all humans that make mistakes.
