“Good location and friendly, helpful staff, but at roughly $400 CAD per night, we didn’t feel the stay fully delivered the value we expected. We initially booked a Standard Double Room with Terrace, which felt extremely cramped for two people. Bed access was limited to one side, meaning one person had to climb over the other, and there was almost no storage for luggage or clothing. The room also showed noticeable wear and tear. “Never stayed in a room this small before. The bathroom was a joke. I'm 5'8" and whilst sitting on the toilet, my knees touched the wall in front. No space to dry yourself after a shower. Two single beds occupied much of the room with only a small gap between them. View from bedroom was the back of other buildings surrounding it. Cost was eye watering for what we got and no breakfast provided. The owner, Inaki, was very pleasant but our overall feeling was that we had been conned.”

“The accommodation is right at the heart of old town walking distance to everything we needed. Beatrice on reception was a delight and made us fell so welcome. Claudia looked out for us when we had a bit of a mix up entering the property going above and beyond to make sure myself and my daughter were ok. I will treasure my time in San Sebastián and can’t wait to revisit. NB the location is noisy as it is so near to everything but it is just life and I did not mind it at all x”

“A limpeza da propriedade é, de fato excelente. De se notar apenas que os colchões estão precisando de troca, nota-se um afundamento excessivo. O quarto tem uma pequena e agradável varanda havendo porém, apenas uma fina cortina de algodão, tapando os vidros da respectiva porta. Isso faz que, com o alvorecer, o quarto fique absolutamente claro. Quanto aos funcionários não nos encontramos com nenhum.”
