Excellent little hotel. Very clean. Excellent location for the old town. Small supermarket next door. Free coffee machine at reception. Fridge in room stocked with water and coke. Replenished daily. We really enjoyed our stay.

Check in was tricky as it’s not immediately obvious. Is the door on the left and you press the buzzer and go up to the first floor. Once in, the rooms are lovely and rustic with nicely appointed bathroom and large comfy beds. Location is excellent and staff are very helpful. Enjoy your stay☝️

Great location right in the heart of Old Town, extremely walkable. The room had everything we needed, especially AC which was critical as we were there in the middle of a heat wave, and very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

We arrived by car after a long trip and was greeted by the front desk staff and was able to easily transfer our luggage to the Casa although even temporary parking outside the front door was a bit of a struggle. Was able to take advantage of the 2 day parking discount at the main underground lot. The room was great, nice balcony, 2 blocks from the seawall and an easy 10 minute walk to the main Playa. Loved it and would come again in a heartbeat!

Its a beautiful property and the location is excellent, you can walk from here to the best spots in the city including the beach. Also they have this awesome coffee machine that will make you a cortado or café con Leche in under a minute. 👏👏👏

Very smart and well-maintained hotel on the edge of San Sebastian's Old Town (good location for exploring the city and going to the pintxos bars) with friendly and obliging staff on reception. Free tea and coffee available in reception which was a nice perk.

Loved staying here as it was so close to old town/ city part and the beaches.Our room ( which we booked) was a terrace room which had a big space to sit outside. Didnt bother us but the terrace does look into the back of appartments. To illuminate that it would be best to book a room that has a balcony looking out to the road.I must mention the receptionist Agustina who was absolutely so helpful and welcoming. Gave me a list of restaurants/pintxos and places to visit.We liked the system of a code to enter building and room. No worrying about a key. The room was lovely and clean.

Good clean spacious room in an ideal location on the edge of the old town and thus close to the many fabulous restaurants and bars and the beaches. The fridge in our room contained bottles of water and soft drinks on arrival which were replenished each day at no extra cost. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided in the reception area again at no additional cost. All in all a great place to stay

My first stay at a pension. Nicolasa has an amazing location in Old Town very walkable to sights and most of the famous pinxto bars. 24 hour coffee service at reception. Great air conditioning. A BM grocery market is right next door— very convenient!

Wonderful location. Near everything. Walls are very very thin. You can hear the local jazz bar 4 shops down till 2 am. Incredibly hard to get a restful nights sleep. However rooms are clean and the staff and amenities are above par. The free espresso machine is a nice touch. AC helped survive a hot period.

The property was very nice. The room was small, but that’s what I expected. I had the patio option and frankly didn’t use it. The shower was great and had ok pressure. The bed was a little bit hard for my taste. I’m sure some people like it that way. The location was amazing. Certainly recommended.
