“We found Magic Reef to be an absolutely ideal resort property. The bungalows are very well designed and appointed and each has a view of the beach. The gardens are beautifully maintained and the waterfront gazebo and deck area was a lovely place to spend time watching the waves crash on the reef in the distance. Cars were available for rent on site which was very convenient and there were restaurants within walking distance along the beach - how great is it to walk along a sand beach to a table...

“Arrived in the evening, and had advised them upon booking that this was for my wedding. When we arrived there was no aircon, despite adding it to my booking informtaion, requests, and paying for it. We had to wait for the staff to arrive ans being us a remote for the heat pump. We had no water for the first 2 hours in our unit and had to answer the door multiple times to staff while they tried to figure it out, so we couldnt shower etc. The most disappointing thing was the layout, i...

“Just so beautiful here....and I love that you can just walk outside and snorkel with tropical fish. Rick is just awesome! We forgot some stuff at the villa and I couldn't believe that he drove all the way to the airport to give it to us! That is the kind of person he is, just the best. He is also a super interesting person 😂. We even received bananas and ate guava from his garden. Awesome, relaxing place....and it has wifi. ”

“The view was great. I didn’t use the bikes or kayaks but good to have them. Air conditioning was a saviour in humidity. I enjoyed working out the buses and using them. I also enjoyed walking into the shops and along the beach and it was easy to explore the area - cujtural show, night market, museum, gardens. Plenty to do despite the weather! Not a beach holiday this time. ”
