"We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Lami Bay during our time in Fiji. The hotel is in a beautiful waterfront location with stunning views of the bay, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The only downside was that the food and drinks were quite expensive compared to other options nearby. However, the quality was good, and it didn't take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Novotel Lami Bay and would happily stay there again. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Suva who is looking for a comfortable stay with beautiful waterfront views."

"This was my first stay at GPH, and I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service I received from check-in right through to checkout. My family and I traveled all the way from Nadi to Suva for my sister's wedding, and we were hoping we could access our room a little earlier so we could get ready in time for the celebrations. To my surprise and delight, our request was accommodated. If I remember correctly, the front desk staff member who assisted us was Luisa. Working in a five-star hotel myself, I understand how important genuine hospitality and excellent customer service are. Luisa went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was warm, professional, understanding, and incredibly helpful during what could have been a stressful day. Her willingness to assist with our early check-in made a huge difference and allowed us to prepare for the wedding without any unnecessary pressure. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was friendly and courteous, which made our experience even more enjoyable. It's clear that GPH takes pride in delivering outstanding guest service. A heartfelt thank you to Luisa for being such a lifesaver and for making our first stay at GPH so memorable. She is a true asset to the hotel, and because of the wonderful service we received, I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend GPH to family and friends."

"We stayed here for 4 nights to acclimate before boarding our cruise. The staff were simply great! Rooms were clean and grounds were kept nicely. They trimmed the coconut trees and opened fresh coconuts for us to drink - yum! Easy access to several restaurants, most took credit cards. But the restaurant on premises was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner."
