“I stayed alone due to attending an early running event the following morning. I was warmly greeted by the host upon arrival and immediately shown my room which was clean and comfortable. There was a chair, a TV and tea making facilities with an ensuite shower room. The bed was very comfortable and helped deliver a good sleep. Highly recommended, I'll happily return next time I'm in the area.”

“This place shone through because of the owners Carol and Chris. From the moment of check in Carol couldn’t do enough to welcome me and made such an effort at breakfast to accommodate my needs. My room was comfortable and warm and had everything I could need. A little fridge would have been a bonus but with such a fair price I’m definitely not complaining. The location was great too and I was at the beach in no time. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and would recommend to others. ”

Note that this establishment is located in a residential neighborhood, so no other stores nearby. ”

We were sad that this lovely couple, working hard and doing a great job, have had to take abuse from unreasonable people who expect the service of a 5* hotel from B & B...
