“We were very pleasantly surprised by how clean and large this hotel resort was. There was plenty to do and there was a large amount of food options to choose from. The staff were very kind and helpful. The only criticism we have would be that the restaurant we went to (Stretto) had extremely slow kitchen service. We were seated at 8:30pm and did not receive our meals until 10pm (there were only 3 of us). We realize it was Memorial Day weekend and thus a busier time, however, the hotel should...

“The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable and up to date. There is no difference between the Marina side rooms and the regular rooms; so avoid the gimmick of paying extra, like we did, to be on the Marina side.”

“Rooms were clean, not much to do in that area with the kids, not intended for families with kids, shuttle was advertised to the beach but it had limitations in fact, only as driver available and up to certain distance, lazy river pool was not very clean, everything closed at 8, only some amenities were available for free, nothing fun created at the resort for kids… staff was nice but they did not really watch for customers needs…”

“This is an average hotel. Can accommodate family for short travels. The location is fantastic! Sunsets on one side of the hotel and restaurants on the other side. Even if you don't rent a car, you will be totally ok. The pool area can definitely improve their entertainment and play nice music.
