“Not sure how many of the rooms are remodeled but the one we got was and was very nice. They have a good morning breakfast and while they don't have a fitness center onsite, they provide free access to the well-equipped Durango Rec Center just a mile down the street - if you're looking for weights or some post-hiking light exercises. Hadn't stayed there before but would definitely recommend.”

“We stayed in the family suite and it was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfy, the air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast was very serviceable. My kids loved the pancake conveyor belt. Biking distance to great mtb trails.”

“Room was nice. There was no TV in my room which is ok cuz not many people need to watch TV in their hotel rooms when visiting Pagosa Springs. There was no AC in my room but an electric fan only. I was ok with sleeping in the room with windows open. Front office informed us after 10PM is quiet hrs because the walls are not sound proof. This is due to it being an old building.”
