“The property is beautiful and they have great amenities but the staff at the Players Club and the restaurant were just plain rude. The grill staff hostess wouldn’t even come by to seat us. It was only 8 pm and they posted open until 10! They just would look then turn away. We left because no one would seat us. Then the girls at the cafe barely responded to questions. “The property was clean, and I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. However, I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. On the morning of check-out, we woke up to find there was no running water, which we discovered from a note slipped under the door explaining that there would be no water from 8am to 4pm.
