We chose the St. Regis for our first-ever trip to Aspen, hoping for a truly luxurious experience—and it absolutely delivered. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a warm, elegant atmosphere, and its location couldn’t be better. Everything we wanted to explore was just a short walk away: shops, great restaurants, and the ski area (even though, thankfully for us, there wasn’t any snow since we don’t ski!).
The staff were exceptional—welcoming, professional, and consistently accommodating. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we were especially impressed by how warmly our dog was welcomed. It made the stay feel even more special.
We also spent time at the spa, which was wonderful and lived up to the resort’s reputation for relaxation and luxury.
Overall, the St. Regis Aspen provided exactly the kind of high-end, memorable experience we were looking for. We’d happily return on our next visit to Aspen.
The property is a very beautiful hotel and a fabulous location but the service was not good from check in to check out and the food was mediocre at best …for the price - you can do way better. It’s a 5 star hotel with 2 star service and food.
This hotel is exceptional, and the only thing better than the accommodations is the people employed there. Service is unparalleled, from the front desk to valet to housekeeping. There are some nice choices in town, but I don’t think I’ll ever stay elsewhere.
The hotel was amazing but the concierge services were unparalleled. Truly went above and beyond. The food at the hotel was also excellent, rivaled high end restaurants. Hotel also provided complimentary transportation in luxury vehicles for local rides. Just an amazing experience.

Girls Weekend getaway
The location is perfect. The room was very small for $1100/night. The GFCI in the bathroom did not work and there was a large tear in the velvet couch, which seemed a bit strange. The bathroom plumbing was a bit dated as well and difficult to control on temp.
I can't say enough about the beauty of this property. We stayed just after Thanksgiving for a few nights. The lobby is very cozy and luxurious with the perfect lighting and and warm fireplaces. The rooms are perfectly appointed and elegant.
Finally, the staff was simply outstanding! Someone was always available to assist with whatever you need. We will definitely stay here if we return to Aspen in the future.
We were met by an exceptionally friendly staff, particularly, Charlotte, at the front desk. It was our 56th wedding anniversary and once she found out about it, she did everything in her power to make us feel important and welcome. As did everyone else on your fine staff from the valets, the man who brought our luggage to our room, the concierge, and everyone at the front desks.
We thank Charlotte for arranging the anniversary gift of fine wine with chocolates that was delivered to our room. Something that my wife and I didn't expect.
I recently stayed at the St. Regis Hotel in Aspen, and while the location and service were excellent, there were a few aspects of the room that fell short of expectations. The room felt somewhat dated, lacking the modern touches you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably at times.
Overall, the hotel’s ambiance and staff were commendable, but the room’s condition and noise from the AC left room for improvement.
