Excellent staff. Maureen at the concierge desk was very helpful. Logan was superb. They guys from Engineering who got chrome cast to work on the tv were very helpful. The bed was comfy. The room was very nice, and we enjoyed our balcony view. Makoto was an excellent dining experience, as was the breakfast buffet at Gessners. I really appreciated the shuttle service to downtown Vail.

The hotel was beautiful. They have the best staff and made us feel welcome. The pool was beautiful with the fireplace and the snow. We used the workout facilities and they were top notch. The hotel felt cozy and we loved the warm cookies and hot chocolate in the evening. The mixed drinks we ordered at the bar were delicious and Makoto, the Japanese restaurant served me the best steak I have had in a long time. We can't wait to return.

Amenities at the resort were wonderful. Food at Gessner was average. Staff very friendly and helpful. Disappointed with Christmas Caricature artist…. Waited in line for over an hour only to be told his time was up after he agreed to take us, and then said if we wanted one we needed to pay him directly. Not good.
