"We stayed here for my daughter’s 12th birthday. Paid a little under 1k for a room and had the worst customer service we have ever had. We will definitely never come back. Valet lost our keys twice, housekeeping sat a vaccum outside our room to clean up microscopic pieces of glass, I had to use dirty towels to dry off out of the shower because it took them so long to bring, all the clock alarms in the room went off at 6 am and would not shut off. Woke us up!!!! My daughter’s waterpark bracelet came off in the water and we had to pay $30 to get another wristband. We complains and Ryan did nothing. I hope this place closes because they do not deserve any customers business "

"The room was clean, and the property was clean. The toilet was clogged where they brought me up a plunger and told me to fix it myself and both the front desk guys were just helpless and useless and took forever to check us in."
