"Location was amazing, but the staff was beyond wonderful. My daughter and I had a great stay. The room was clean, spacious, and was beyond adorable. We checked in, made a coffee, and enjoyed a moment in the window seats taking in the view."

"Disappointed that hot tub was not working. Security said that it’s been a couple weeks. Used the shuttle A LOT to get to and from the airport for the light rail. Many eateries within an easy walk. Lots of trees and plants gave a nice ambiance. Adequate elevators so no/little wait time to get up or down. Yummy cookies and water refill station a nice touch! We were on a redeye and was able to get an early check-in which was absolutely wonderful"

"Great place to stay for cruises leaving from pier 66. Just know that cruisers have caught on to this place and check-in lines can be long. But worth it. They also have a system where they tell you they will text you when your room is ready. I would go back and check with them once in a while because I watched several people go double check ( including myself) and their room was actually ready. Did not receive a text."
