Southwestern Utah - Bryce Canyon, Utah hotel rooms at the Independent

"We went for one night for a graduation. The staff was polite, but our room still had a previous guest's towel hanging on the bathroom door, which left me feeling like it hadn't been cleaned. The pool was warm and mostly clean, and they had plenty of towels. Our room was quiet, but there was something on the carpet and on the couch that looked almost black and was crunchy. The beds were lumpy. They did say it was a non-smoking property, but we had someone outside our door who was smoking, and they had people by the pool smoking, and since I am allergic to smoke, it was not great. But it was okay for a single night. Nothing great"
