“I wouldn’t recommend this hotel anyone, I stayed at this hotel recently and paid £130 for a night but it was very disappointed with the condition of the room and the way my concerns were handled. I went into the shower and only realised after I was already wet that there was no shampoo provided in the dispenser/tray. “Staff were very friendly and welcoming, particularly at breakfast where they were chatty making a very welcoming experience. The rooms were lovely and clean. I had no issues at all during my stay. The breakfast was excellent, especially considering it was included in the cost of the stay. I would certainly recommend to any type of visitor. Great value for money.”

“Great staff who are prepared to go the extra mile to ensure guests are happy. The breakfasts had a good variety catering for all tastes, the evening meals were tasty, my husband described the pie as "out of this world". The bedroom room was a good size and the bathroom was well appointed. The only downside was the shower lost pressure a couple of times, however the staff arranged to get it fixed.”
