"The Niche Hotel in Athens is simply THE BEST hotel to stay at in Athens!!! Hands down!!! It is a beautiful boutique hotel, perfectly located within minutes walk of the Plaka, the Acropolis, and the Acropolis Museum!! It's location alone is worth every penny!! We walked everywhere of importance easily!! You are in the heart of the action! But it is a beautiful serene hotel with a stunning rooftop restaurant that gives the guests breathtaking views of the Acropolis day and night!!!! Absolutely Incredible!!! It is built (responsibly) over more ancient ruins which they have preserved and feature into the hotel's design! They have a luxurious spa with Hammam facility that is built with the surrounding ruins encased in protective glass all around! The result is a serene historical experience like no other!! Fantastic!! Our room was beautiful and comfortable!! We stayed 5 nights and really explored Athens well!! Everything was within walking distance of our glorious retreat of a hotel!! And the food in the rooftop restaurant was impeccable!! A divine breakfast buffet was included in the room price!! And again, dining with spectacular rooftop views of the Acropolis EVERY day! Amazing!! The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, The rooms are super clean and have beautiful amenities! They even organize very efficient transfers for you as needed which was very helpful! We will ALWAYS stay at the NIche Hotel whenever we return to Athens! No question!!!"
