“호텔에 도착해서 체크인을 하는데 룸 업그레이드를 해주겠다고 옆 호텔로 안내했다. 그런데 옆 호텔이 업그레이드한 것 치고 그다지 나아보이지 않았고, 원했던 분위기가 아니어서 그냥 원래 예약한 호텔에 머물고 싶다고 했더니 그제서야 오버부킹 되었음을 알렸다. 직원은 우리가 선택한 방보다 더 좋은 조건이라면서, 원래 예약한 방을 보여줬는데 그 방도 예약 당시 확인했던 사진과도 매우 달랐다. 일부러 돈을 더 지불하고 sea view를 선택했는데 직원이 보여준 방은 바다도 보이지 않고 거의 다락방 수준이었다. 성수기라 다른 호텔로 이동하기도 어려워서 옆 호텔에 묵기는 했지만 직원의 태도가 상당히 불쾌했다. “Upon arrival we were greeted and offered to dine while we wait to check in. Check in was simple through an app and we were offered welcome cocktails. We did during our stay have some questions regarding the all inclusive menu as there were some restrictions we hadn't anticipated however the staff was very quick to respond and offer solutions so we could enjoy beverages we desired. “We stayed 4 nights here half board in the Superior Suite and had a wonderful experience. The hotel opened in May ‘23 so everything is extremely modern and aesthetic which provides great vibe and atmosphere. More important was the excellent quality of service provided by all the staff here. Particularly from the Cantina restaurant where Chef Nicolas and Restaurant Manager Stefanos were extremely helpful in accommodating our dietary requirements and were able to set us an exquisite menu each...

Cause of the locations of the room you don't have sun for too long in October on your terrasse which I found very sad, about lunchtime will be shade, but pool still in the sun. “It was the third time I stayed at the hotel. Unfortunately the services provided are not as in the past. We chose a club room type but there was no nightly room preparation, nor the perks they offered in the room. In the spas, one sauna was not working as well as the hammam. At breakfast we didn't manage to drink coffee as we waited 45 minutes but our order never arrived. However the heated pools are the strong point of the hotel and we really enjoyed them...”
