"Our go-to hotel for stays in Chania; well maintained hotel with comfortable clean rooms, friendly staff and an excellent breakfast service with eggs etc cooked to order as well as an excellent cold buffet selection. "
"Staff accommodated my need to stay an additional night and let me stay in the same sea view room.
Also, the hotel is two blocks from the beach. Very convenient for a swim. "
"Words truly cannot describe how much I loved our stay at Monastery Estate Venetian Harbor in Chania. It’s the perfect place to stay right in the heart of Old Town, surrounded by charming shops and incredible food. Our room was spotless and beautifully designed, featuring a cozy bathtub and a lovely private outdoor area with a hot tub, such a relaxing touch.
What truly made our experience unforgettable though, were the two concierges, Maria and Vaggelis. They were the most accommodating, kind, and genuinely sincere hotel staff I have ever encountered. Every time my husband and I came downstairs, one of them would greet us with a warm smile and friendly conversation. They recommended the best restaurants in town and made us feel instantly at home.
We were only in Chania for three days, but I would have gladly stayed longer just because of them.
Thank you, Maria and Vaggelis, for making our honeymoon as magical as it was. We can’t wait to return one day!
