“Lovely hotel with a very substantial choice of breakfast - you can definitely eat like a king in the morning! Private dipping pool was great and location was quiet with a nice view of downtown. However, it is a bit far and you need a car or have to rely on buses (or just lots of walking including uphill on the way back). Staff were helpful and polite in general. Only drawback is the balcony part is not totally private, especially if the next door guests are outside at the same time.”

“Nice staff and good location(6min from bus station)”

“The location was great in the old historic town with immediate access to restaurants and bars good wi-fi and friendly staff and clean rooms”

“good and kind staffs. located in old port. nice view room and delicious breakfast.”

“The front desk staff was warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic! The room and bed was by far one of the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed at in a hotel and I’ve traveled all over the world. The breakfast and staff were fantastic and met our every need. The location couldn’t have been better, a quick 8 min walk to the harbor and many restaurants. Chania is a wonderful city and for my first time going to Crete, was overjoyed with my stay at Chania hotel .. big...
