Only issue is parking because old town Chania is not accessible by car, so you have to find parking about a 1/2 mile away and walk. Still worth it, just be prepared for the parking spot hunt. "Our ocean view balcony was amazing! The suite was well equipped. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was a pleasant temperature. The pool deck could have used more lounge chairs. Most days they were being saved and no one was actually using them. Staff needed around pool area. Could enforce rules about not holding loungers with personal items and towels for hours without using the loungers."
