“Great stay”

“Over all hotel is nice , Everyone working here was nice and kind . Anyhow for 5 star hotel shower enclosure is only 2 stars…. It is no door from living area to the bathroom,so it is crazy cold when you get out from the shower, and enclosure itself is ridiculously uncomfortable, Other thing -guests are allowed to smoke in a balcony,no separation between smoking and nonsmoking rooms,so you will smell disgusting cigarette smoke all day long… Also -5 star hotel does not have heated pool ,so October...

“Alles super schön”

“Fantastic resort and local amenities.”

“The hotel was very nice, and the room was very beautiful with a heated pool. All staff were lovely and helpful. However, the room wasn’t cleaned by house keeping, it was more of a tidy up. Which is nothing against the staff as I assume this is what they’re told to do. For a 5 star hotel at this price point, I would expect this. The breakfast was nice; but would like more variety. The same for lunch and dinner menu, it was nice but expensive for what it was. Especially with the surrounding area...
