We spent an incredible week at Arina hotel in October , 2025. The room on the first line was spacious and clean, the seaside view and a private pool & sun beds were great. The reception team Natia, Giorgios and all went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The evening shows were a real fun especially with entertainment team, dancers and performers. Appreciated that, as there was literally nothing to do or to go to outside the hotel The food at main restaurant was diverse and delicious, and huge props to the restaurant manager Giorgio and all the staff for their hard work. Many thanks to the superstar bartenders for the perfect service. Marina, Olga, Myrto, Dimitri, Panagiotis- cheers I'd highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and fun getaway. Thank you Arina Hotel, hope to come back soon.

Checkin was a breeze. They upgraded my room. Very clean. Our family enjoyed the many food options. Water was cold in April but kids loved the slides. Georgios at check in took extra care to make sure the chef knew of my son’s allergies. This property is well kept, and service was great.concierge gave great recommendations to see the area. Staff were amazing and even upgraded us with no extra charge. I fell ill and they did everything to help medically. All the staff were kind including bar staff and cleaners. The kids entertainers were great with all the kids and really patient. Just sooooo impressed. Can’t fault the place at all. Happily go back there which is something we don’t usually do. Really happy.

Hotel is a 15 minute taxi from airport and we arrived early. Delighted that we were able to access our room immediately and even had a complementary upgrade. We can honestly recommend the swim up rooms, and location right on beachfront was amazing. The mini bar only sticks a small selection of fizzy soft drinks and a couple of bottles of still water. So don’t expect wine or beer! Staff were without fail polite and helpful. Thank you so much for making our stay so relaxing and lovely.

This is truly a great hotel for people looking for a full inclusive stay. Personnel is very qualified and helpful. Everyone is also very nice and attentive to details. Everything is remarkably clean and cleaning crew deserves nothing but praises. The food is also truly surprising by its quality, very fresh, tasteful and a gigantic choice. The buffet changes a bit everyday and there are options for any diet. The buffet is actually so good that both 'a la carte' restaurants feel underwhelming in comparison. Very good option for families with young children as there are water slides, pools everywhere, games, quality activities every nights and a gigantic beach. The tiny gym is functional but not remarkable. The only real downside to know before you go there is that planes fly almost above the hotel to land in Heraklion. Noise is not overwhelming but you hear it clearly. It gets a bit annoying on the long run as they are very frequent during the day. Overall a wonderful stay.

The food is out of this world cooked right in front of you with countless options. By far my favorite place in Greece and I’ve been to Greece 20 times. It’s alittle pricey but worth every penny. Property is nice, close to the airport, a lot to do for kids. Nice water rides, beach was great, clean pools, hard working staff, good food selection but was a little repetitive after 3 days. Check-out time is at 11am and they would not extend to 12 or 12:30pm. Just be aware in case your flight is late and have kids.

Hotel is really pleasing on the eye, very welcoming arrival at Reception! View from our penthouse room was incredible, such amazing sunset views. The downfall for us was the food, apart from the Asian Restaurant which was incredible. The other food areas did offer much variety or flavour. The pool areas were great but very very cold. The evening entertainment could have been a lot better to engage more of the hotel stayers but overall our stay was nice.

Super Lage, Blick direkt auf das Meer (gefühlt 20m) mit eigener Terrasse, eigenem Pool und eigenen Liegen, perfekt. Das Zimmer war nach unserer Bewertung sehr ordentlich, modern, sauber und in einem sehr guten und nicht abgewohnten Zustand. VERPFLEGUNG AVRA Kurz, es war außerordentlich gut. Es war angenehm ruhig und "wenig" besucht, die Qualität der Speisen war wirklich spitze. GETRÄNKE Waren alle i.O. und wurden frisch zubereitet. Der einzige Kritikpunkt aus unserer Sicht ist die Qualität der Cocktails. Und damit meine ich nicht die Art der Zubereitung durch das Personal, sondern die Verwendeten Zutaten. Aber es war ein bisschen Schade, das schöne Ambiente, den schönen Ausblick und das super Wetter zu genießen, mit einem Glas wässrigen Pina Colada aus Sirup und einem Caipirinha ohne Zucker. Das Personal an den Bars war super freundlich, vor allem die Animationsabende mit den Kellnern der Beachbar waren immer ein Erlebnis, der Ouzo, Gin Tonic und Jäger haben immer super geschmeckt. STRAND Super. Sauber, angenehmer Sand, angenehme Liegen, super klares Wasser, keine Steine, nicht überlaufen. Können wir nicht mehr dazu sagen, absolute Empfehlung. PERSONAL Freundlich, nicht aufdringlich. In den Bereichen, bei denen wir Kontakt mit dem Personal hatten, können wir durchweg positives berichten. ZUSAMMENGEFASST Ein sehr schöne Anlage, super Zimmer, super Strand, super Essen.

Auch bei unserem mittlerweile siebten Aufenthalt im Arina Beach Resort wurden unsere Erwartungen wieder voll erfüllt. Dieses Mal war es zwar nur ein kurzer Urlaub, aber dennoch konnten wir die wunderschöne Anlage, die entspannte Atmosphäre und die hervorragende Gastfreundschaft in vollen Zügen genießen. Besonders schätzen wir die direkte Lage am Meer, die gepflegten Außenanlagen und die hohe Qualität des gesamten Angebots. Das Personal ist stets freundlich, aufmerksam und bemüht, den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, das Essen bietet eine große Auswahl und überzeugt durch Qualität und Geschmack. Auch die allgemeine Organisation im Resort ist hervorragend – alles wirkt professionell und gleichzeitig herzlich. Gerade weil wir das Hotel bereits siebenmal besucht haben, können wir sagen, dass das hohe Niveau über die Jahre konstant geblieben ist. Das ist heutzutage keine Selbstverständlichkeit und ein wichtiger Grund, warum wir immer wieder gerne zurückkehren. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team des Arina Beach Resorts für die schönen Tage. Auch wenn dieser Aufenthalt nur ein Kurztrip war, war er wieder einmal wunderschön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Die Hotelanlage ist in einem tadellosen Zustand. Alles ist sehr sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Das Personal ist jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Essen war immer sehr umfangreich und sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Buffetauswahl war riesig und täglich gab es unterschiedliche Themenabende. Am Tage gab es immer ein Programm für jung und alt, sowie am Abend ein Unterhaltungsprogramm mit Musik, Akrobaten und Show. Die beiden Themenrestaurants könnten aus meiner Sicht ein wenigvielfältigere Kost anbieten, zumindest das asiatische Restaurant. Das war von der Auswahl nicht so sehr viel. Ein kleines Manko ist eventuell die Liegenanzahl am Strand und Poolbereich. Am Strand sollte zumindest noch mehr Liegen aufgestellt werden, da es immer zu wenige gab, wenn man nicht gerade am Vormittag kam. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Insgesamt wirklich gut. Zimmer sauber und ordentlich, Service super, Essen lecker und vielseitig, Strand schön. Potential bei Kaffee und Heißgetränken (billige Maschinen“plörre“, bei Cocktails (Massenware direkt aus dem Hahn).
