Comfortable room, generously sized, equipped with everything you need. Having a small child, I needed a free space for him to play, and they kindly gave us a larger room. We did not use the services of this hotel but at the reception they treated us very well asking us if we needed anything else and giving us information on the activities available in the surrounding area.

Schönes Mikroapartment im Neubau, günstig gelegen mit gut 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Altpörtel. Direkt neben dem Haus ist ein Bio-Supermarkt zum Einkaufen, und der Bahnhof ist nah. Dadurch eignet sich die Unterkunft sehr gut für Unternehmungen in der Stadt und in der Region. Das vor Ort optional und tageweise buchbare Frühstück ist das Geld unbedingt wert, es sind leckere und oft regionale Produkte auf dem Buffet. Der automatische Checkin funktioniert prima. Jeden Tag ist auch die Rezeption zu bestimmten Zeiten besetzt. Die aufmerksamen und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter/innen tragen dazu bei, dass man sich im Haus herzlich willkommen fühlt. SB-Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller, bedienbar per App; das Waschmittel kann man zu Hause lassen, denn das ist enthalten und wird automatisch beim Waschvorgang dosiert. Wer mit dem Fahrrad anreist, sollte dies vorher anmelden, denn das sichert den Zugang per Schlüsselkarte zu dem Fahrrad-Abstellraum im Keller.

Dette fremstod som et moderne hotell i en sjarmerende og flott småby. Det siste stemte. Utfordringen med dette hotellet er ventilasjon, klima og temperatur. Det finnes ikke AC og det finnes ikke ventilasjon. Du kan velge å ha døren på gløtt (vi bodde på bakkenivå) og/eller bruke en lite effektiv portabel vifte. Når du bestiller, les tekst og beskrivelse nøye. Et hotell som ser moderne ut er det kanskje ikke. Byen er fin, men velg et annet hotell.

Sehr freundliches, sauberes und gut bewirtschaftetes Haus mit Mikroapartments. An alles ist gedacht: leckeres, tageweise zubuchbares Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten; SB-Waschmaschine (kostenpflichtig) im Keller, die sogar das Waschmittel enthält und selbst dosiert, und daneben ein Trockner. Ein sicherer Fahrradabstellraum im Keller. Direkte Nachbarschaft zu einem Bio-Supermarkt; auch der Wochenmarkt und weitere Supermärkte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, und natürlich das soziale und touristische Zentrum mit Ausgehmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zur Kitchenette des Apartments gehört ein Kühlschrank, in dem man seine Verpflegung gut lagern kann. Für meinen knapp einwöchigen Aufenthalt in Speyer war es die perfekte Unterkunft.
