"DARIUS IN THE RECEPTIONIST WAS SUPER HELPFUL AND CARING. THE KITCHEN STAFF WERE ALL SO FRIENDLY AND LOVELY"

"The property is primarily a wedding venue. The room I stayed in was ok but very basic. The location is remote and there isn't much to do around there. The hosts do not speak English and I was charged twice for the stay (once by Hotels.com and once at the property). I haven't yet been able to sort out this charge and since the mistake was with the property staff but they don't speak English"

"Wow. Perfect place, I was able to cook my own healthy meals, eat them them in picturesque Italian spring weather, overviewing a balcony. I will return for sure."

"The woman at the front desk was so kind. We were so exhausted when we got there. She allowed early check in. She even helped us call a taxi since we don't speak Italian."

"The apartment and building were both clean and secure, and the area was okay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated despite not speaking much english. The check-in process was a bit complicated — I had to go to the sports centre around the corner to collect the keys. There was also no Wi-Fi provided during my stay. On the positive side, the water pressure was great, which made for a nice shower. Overall, a decent place to stay, but with some inconveniences that could be improved."

"Chosen for location, the property was a bit underwhelming. The apartment I had (268) was spacious but in need of renovation. Having said that, the wifi was good, the reception staff very friendly and for the money, I couldn’t really argue for just 1 night. Aircon was great and breakfast price was very reasonable. Not a great selection but quite typical for Italy. Bathroom was not super clean but ok, although 1 of the towels was dirty so I did not use. On the whole, it was fair value for the money."
