  • Great place for a weekend outside of the city. You need to go to Karpacz, which is a small mountain city next to Jelenia Gora. Then you can take a ski-lift (operating entire year), which will take you almost to the top. Then you need to go up-the-hill for about 45 minutes and you can enjoy such views yourself! I really recommend this to all who happen to be over the weekend in Wroclaw, Poland and want to see something more than just the city.

Stayed in the winter, it was a cozy place to stay, within walking distance to almost anything/anywhere you might want to go. Staff was polite and professional. Would stay here again.

Die Lage ist top. Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Bett sehr gut, allerdings konnten wir die Heizungen im Zimmer und Bad nicht regulieren, sodass sie ständig auf volle Leistung liefen auch nachts. Erst nach 4 Tagen wurden neue Ventile eingebaut, obwohl wir den Mangel täglich rügten. Die Sauna entsprach leider nicht den Bildern. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Das Abendessen können wir nicht empfehlen. Insgesamt passen Preis und Leistung nicht zusammen.

Ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel

Ansprechpartner vor Ort, nicht da oder sehr schlechtes Englisch oder Tschechisch. Kurz angebunden und man hatte das Gefühl einach nur abgefertigt zu werden. Für den total vereisten Parkplatz an der Strasse Geld zu nehmen ist eine Frechheit. Eines der 2 gebuchten Zimmer war total verstaubt. Man konnte an den Holzwänden malen, die Heizung nicht regulierbar, es gab in beiden Zimmern keinen Mülleimer. Die Zimmer wurden in den 5 Tagen nicht gereinigt. Eine Gaderrobe war in dem total abgwohnten Zimmer nicht da. Keiine Möglichkeit eine Jacke aufzuhängen. Aus der Dusche kam nur ein schwacher Strahl, der Rest war verkalkt. Der Abfluss roch sehr start und unangenehm. Gardinen hingen nur an wenigen Haken, teilweise kaputt. Die Zimmer hatten keinerlei Ähnlichkeit mit den Fotos der Zimmer auf der Website. Erst nach einer massiven Beschwerde haben wir ein anderes neu renoviertes Zimmer bekommen. Einzig positiv-die Matratzen waren in allen Zimmern neu und bequem. Das Frühstück ohne was besonderes. Immer dasselbe. Im Skikeller steht eine Rattenbox........ Wir waren für den Preis absolut enttäuscht, da es sich um kein günstiges Angebot handelte. Lediglich die Lage ist wirklich zentral und gut.

Taki sobie

Bardzo mila obsluga. Pokoje praktycznie bez wyposazenia. Lozka, telewizor I to by bylo na tyle. Jedyna mozliwosc na gerbate czy kawe to zejsc do baru. Sniadanie slabe, maly wybor. Obiekt klimatyczny, ale za ta cene spodziewalem sie czegos lepszego.
