"This is NOT A HOTEL, but an older small home! We we 'sold' it as a hotel & expected all the comforts! Everything was just average. Location is close to airport but in a neighborhood."

The hotel staff made sure my checking very smooth and fast, and helped me bring all my stuff to the room. Everything is very smooth and told me that the clock change. The room is very comfortable which helped me fall into sleep "

There was no effort to be welcoming, helpful, or professional, and it felt like guests were more of an inconvenience than a priority. Customer service is a basic expectation when staying at any hotel, and unfortunately, this property fell far below that standard. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience."

"This property was a great option for us for a night before the airport. It has great views of the ocean and the room is compact but has everything you'd need. The staff were communicative and helpful. The bed was quite firm for my preference but the ceiling fan was a welcome addition. "
