I NEVER write reviews but felt I had to write one for this new family-run hotel. What a delightful experience! My father has Parkinson's Disease, and this will probably be his last trip abroad. I had to find a hotel that could accommodate his disability (he has to use a walker). You won't find a better place to stay in Split. They were all so welcoming and gave us some welcome grappa as well as detailed information of restaurants and activities. It was close, walking distance if able, but...

Our say at this hotel was fantastic - great would be an understatement. The rooms are beautiful, welcoming, and perfect. The staff, well, they truly make the hotel even more of a fantastic place to stay. Extremely helpful, warm, friendly, and knowledgable, the staff really made our stay a memorable one. Good hotels have good rooms; great hotels have great staff. This is the only place to stay in Split, and even more so, in Croatia.

This was an amazing spot for me in Split. It’s right next to the promenade (about 5-10min walking distance) but far away enough to get some peace and quiet. I was able to walk easily to my tour meeting points + catch the ferry. The family was very sweet, accommodating and helpful + the space is so big! I was so shocked when I first saw it. Super clean, and a great price. 10/10 stars!! Thank you for the great stay House Sandra!

LOVE IT PLEASE DO NOT LOOK ELSEWHERE This hotel is AMAZING sorry if it seems like im doing the most but this was just what I needed i went there with my sister for my birthday and Loved everything about Croatia and this hotel/apartment. Amazing hotel with the best service ever. Great location close to the beach and 8 minute walk to downtown Split. Brand new so everything top notch. Comfortable beds, extra large bathroom with toilet (with all Occitane products) and another separate toilet. Balcony with a sea view and we chose a room with the jacuzzi which was an added bonus since it was too cold to use the infinity pool. Lovely sauna!!
