그냥 쏘쏘합니다
센터까지 도보이동 가능합니다. 나쁘지 않을 정도의 시설에 나쁘지 않을 만큼의 청결함(?) 주차는 집 바로앞에 할 수 있어 좋았고 주방시설은 따로 없습니다. 객실청소는 매일 해주는게 아니더군요...

Super nice Apartment with free parking
we jad a very nice stay at Matic apartments. It was quite modern, the AC worked perfectly and we were able to cook a simple dinner in the kitchen. The bed was comfy and the bathroom just right. In the courtyard we had the possibility to dry our towels and beach stuff + free parking

The owner and her family seemed very kind and welcoming. They were very responsive and helped me with suggestions for transportation and things to do in the city. The checkin procedure was very smooth. My taxi driver was a bit confused on locating this place and the owner stepped in and helped. The place looked upgraded and was much better than the pictures posted here. It was well kept and very clean. The A/C was a blessing in disguise given the summer heat. In a hurry to the airport, I left behind my laptop in the apartment, and the owner was very helpful in making sure it was safely returned to me. I highly recommend this apartment and would love to be back someday. Dear Owners, Thank-you very much for a pleasant stay.

Bien, la propriétaire nous attendait et nous a donné notre chambre même si nous étions d’avance. Proche des choses à voir ce qui nous a permis de laisser la voiture à l’appartement. Petite cour intérieure parfaite pour manger la pizza d’un resto.

A clean,modern apartment, with fully equipped kitchen, and cleaning products to encourage tenants to keep it clean. Located close to supermarkets. Easy walk into old town centre, ferry, bus and train stations: 1.5 to 2 km. Good wifi. Well maintained: everything works! Manager was helpful and considerate.

Bra budget hotel. Trevlig och vänlig familj som även lät oss checka in lite tidigare. Ren rum och ett plus var att ha en stor och mysig uteplats utanför rummet. Gångavstånd till centrum. Tyst och lugnt område.

They do not keep their word. Worst experience ever
Worst, we called her in advance, because we were coming late, she said to call her at the time of our arrival, which we did, we were 15 minutes late, she did not answer the phone. We called her 6 times and did not answer the phone. At 11:45 at night, very tired and in a city that we did not know we needed to find another place to stay.

No identifying name on apt - hard to find
It wasn't bad; but parking was a hassle as the apt is uphill and when other cars are parked, the manager needs to help. Getting extra toilet paper was another hassle, as only one roll was available and we were there for two nights. The owner was helpful in helping us carry our luggage. Locking the apt door was not easy; we did report this problem but was left alone to fix it ourselves,

Wonderful accommodation outside of tourist area
After spending our first night inside the walls of Diocletian's Palace, we needed to get away from the hoards of tourists. Matic Apartments is a 5 minute walk from the beach and 20 from the city center. It was perfect for us. Ivo and his family, who own and manage the property, are wonderful and very helpful. Our apartment had great air conditioning and wifi. The room was large with a kitchenette and dining table. Access to the patio was provided. Also in our room was beach towels, a beach mat, and extra blankets. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in Split!

O apartamento está bem localizado, perto de praias e a 2 km do centro. O apartamento é espaçoso, limpo e organizado. Os donos são muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Tem estacionamento que é uma mais valia para quem viaja de carro. Gostamos muito e recomendamos

Nice apartment in quiet location
We enjoyed a couple of nights here recently. Owner friendly and helpful. Apartment clean and comfortable and in a good location for either beach or walking into Split old town.

Bon séjour et studio conforme
Nous sommes restés 8 nuits dans le studio qui était conforme à ce que nous avions réservé bien qu'il n'était pas lumineux. La cuisine était bien équipées (Bouilloire, cafetière, micro-onde, plaques chauffantes, frigo), le lit confortable et la salle de bain opérationnelle (avec un sèche cheveux). Une terrasse était en libre accès pour les clients des 3 studios loués, malheureusement malgré le haut potentiel (petit barbecue, table et chaises de jardins, arbres fruitiers) elle n'était pas entretenue (mauvaises herbes entre les dalles et décoration/mobiliers dépassés et dépareillés). Le loueur propose également des excursions dans différents parcs nationaux, ce qui peut être un plus pour les personnes non-véhiculées: avec une voiture c'est largement moins cher d'y aller par soi-même. Par ailleurs, il loge au dessus des studio, c'est pratique pour le trouver en cas de besoin. Autre info, il nous a été demandé de payer en espèce sans que ce soit précisé dans l'annonce. En fonction des plafonds de retrait à l'étranger, c'est une information qui est bonne à avoir en amont. Enfin, le studio est vraiment proche (à pieds) de la plage (10 min) et du centre ville (15 min). C'est un très bon point.
