Excellent room. Comfortable and convenient.

We actually got upgraded to a new apartment because other guests extended their stay at Lavender. The room is newly remodeled, modern and spacious. Very comfortable. Convenient location. Within 5 minutes walking to Split old town. Too bad we only stayed one night. I highly recommend Valeria’s apartment. She is very friendly and gave us helpful info on what to do in Split.

A lovely short stay

Valeria was a lovely host. Upon arrival she talked us through everything in great detail. The apartment was great, very comfortable with everything we needed. Location was fantastic. Also Valeria recommended good restaurants which we loved. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

The location is excellent. The port and old city are just minutes away but the apartment is set off the street and is very quiet. It has everything you need in a small vacation apartment. As it is set on the ground floor, there is no view but is perfect if you are planning to be out all day and just returning in the evenings. The host is incredibly helpful and the communication was excellent. For the money, it is a great value.

Valeria was very friendly and helpful upon check in and throughout our stay. We were warmly welcomed with cookies and refreshment. She helped us find a parking spot in a very crowded area. Location is very convienent and close to city centre.
