"What a great little hotel! The town is rather small and not much shops like San Gimignano, but this hotel is clean, rooms are roomy and the garden dining is out of this world. Beautiful with views of the sunset and amazing food. One of my favorite. The town has several restaurants too and some good museums. "

"I recently stayed at your hotel and, unfortunately, my experience with the customer service was extremely disappointing. Despite the hotel's beautiful atmosphere, the staff were unfriendly, nasty, and even racist. They were not welcoming or kind, which made our stay unpleasant. If you're looking for a place with good customer service, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.""

"I truly loved my stay. It was the perfect hotel for me as a female solo traveler. The room was a little small for my big luggage but I was able to accommodate everything.
The location was perfect, the breakfast was great as well, and the staff were very nice. I recommend it and would stay again! "
"The hotel was great, there was a leak under the sink, they sent someone to fix it quickly. The building was beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was great and you can access the coffee machine all daylong. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was very convenient, whether using public transportation or exploring on foot. Very close to the Duomo. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence!!"
"Can't say enough amazing things about this hotel. Location is prime, staff was professional and courteous, breakfast service was superb, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Amazing experience overall. Will definitely be coming back."
"Friendly staff. Hotel is handy to train station and walkable to Florence attractions. Breakfast buffet has great options and plenty to eat. Bar available and nice seating area if you wish to use. "
