Breakfast had many options to choose from. Our room was very comfortable! The location is idea - almost everything you can imagine is walkable, even the train station! Lovely, lovely place. Location is 100% perfect for solo women traveler. Beds are hard but when a mattress topper is put on, they are very comfortable. The only downside is that rugs and upholstery need replaced as they are worn out, and faded. But it was immaculately clean and a robe, slippers and mini refrigerator are supplied. All staff were incredibly accommodating. I hated to leave but want to return someday, and I plan to stay there again.

The hotel was in an excellent location for exploring the best of Florence…just steps from the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Vecchio. Staff was wonderful, friendly and accommodated my request for an early morning airport transfer by taxi and even had a boxed breakfast to go upon checkout at 4:30 am. Rooftop bar views were magical!
