"This hotel was very nice during our stay it was not as crowded as we expected. Breakfast was better than expected. A nice large property to wander around good sized pool with lots of different types of seating/lounging It is an easy stroll to the pier. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was a bit dated but it seems they are upgrading the property bit by bit. Friendly staff. "

"Hotel is in nice location on the beach. However some staff were a little standoffish & not very attentive. Solo traveller rooms are ok size, beds are small singles not very comfortable. Showers are exceptionally small, I have been on cruise ships with bigger shower space. When door is closed there is very little room to manouvre or wash properly. Location of single rooms right next to lifts, therefore guest movement, children screaming, running along corridor made for a very restless stay. Very little in the way of food and beverage services and due to remote location, car is needed to drive to nearby restaurants and bars most of which 10-15 minutes away. Buffet dinner at hotel is €35 per day. Sorry but I would not stay here again. "

"Loved the entire property. Nice rooms, pool, parking, and breakfast. There were 2 large groups staying there so they needed to figure out the dining a bit better. A group of 100 and another 35 were there so they set up for dinner for them and forgot about the other 10-12 guests but eventually ( once said we needed a place too) set up some tables outside for us."

"My first impressions were that this is a well- appointed and sophisticated resort. The design is beautiful, but be aware that the entire resort is terraced off into multiple levels, so there is lots of stairs. However, there are some strategically located elevators for those that have trouble navigating flights of stairs. My stay was during the first weekend of October 2024 and little did I know, that this is already considered the “off-season“. While that means more affordable lodging rates, it also means a muted vibe and a reduced level of services I’d expect in a 4-star resort. Moreover, the resort is situated outside of town and a visit to the seafront, restaurants , and shops meant a 15 to 20 minute walk. While the resort does have a shuttle van, it was not in operation to transport guests to/from the seafront or the train station (I walked a mile/1.6 km with luggage from the station on check-in day). Uber was not available and no local buses were running in October. The on-site restaurant was mediocre, with the exception of the breakfast which was great! There are 2 tiny bars, but a full-service lounge is needed. But despite these criticisms for the resort as a whole, I must say that ALL of the staff I interacted with during my stay was friendly, professional and accommodating. They exhibited pride in what they did for guests. Overall, I would still recommend a stay here. But be sure to ask a lot of questions about seasonal services before you book or visit. "
