The property is spectacular. We stayed in a glamping tent and loved it! Stunning views. The blanket was exceptionally warm. The only complaint would be the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, and the food was average (except for breakfast- it was great!) Overall 10/10

I love this lodge and have stayed multiple time. I shared a tent with a friend, and we had a group of ladies at the lodge enjoying xc ski weekend. The tent is warm even in the winter. I love coming back to excellent food and beverages after a day out on the trails. Lots of cozy spaces in the lodge to gather and visit, read or play games. It is always a real special experience.

For us.....the overall experience was exactly what we needed ! Relaxation in a quiet setting in middle of the mountains....& off the Cell phone grid ! Meals were fabulous along with the Service Only point to consider.....adding one more chair in our room to allow both of us to enjoy the relaxation in same manner

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
The staff at Mount Engadine Lodge were very friendly and welcoming, and I have nothing negative to say about the service. That being said, I personally found the experience quite overpriced for what was offered. I paid almost $900 for one night in the glamping tent for myself and my son. Meals were included, which was nice, but even taking that into consideration, I felt the overall value was difficult to justify. The property is very remote and requires driving approximately 31 km on a gravel road to get there, which made for a pretty rough drive. Once there, I also found there were very few amenities or things to do. There is essentially no cell reception or mobile data, and Wi-Fi/connectivity is mainly available around the lodge/lobby area. It is definitely a beautiful wilderness setting, but guests should also be aware that this is grizzly country and wildlife is present in the surrounding area. Ultimately, I think this type of remote, off-grid experience will appeal to certain people, but it just wasn't for me. For the price I paid, I expected considerably more in terms of amenities and overall experience, so I personally wouldn't return. Others looking specifically for a very secluded wilderness getaway may feel differently.

Fantastic place.

I love this place so much! The single twin room is great, with a lovely bathroom. The included meals and charcuterie were really good. Everyone was very friendly. I loved the ambience. The only problem I had was laundry, given that I was using the stay as a resupply on the great divide trail. Washing everything in the room took forever. It would've been perfect if they could've charged me 40 bucks to do a load of laundry.
