"We were on the fourth floor, directly across from the elevator and the ice machine, convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the extra hooks in the bathroom and the bowed shower curtain. Missed a shelf in tub/shower and NO grab bar upon exiting shower. Staff was polite and responsive. Breakfast adequate. Hot water for tea was not hot however. Had to re-warm in microwave. Is there a gym? Not sure. My card would not open that door, no sign for it though there is a small but...

"The gentleman at check-in was genuinely kind, helpful, and accommodating. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. I was especially pleased with how secure the building was - there were cameras covering the entire parking lot and entrance/exit doors required keycard access. I didn't use any of the public facilities (gym etc) but they too were clean and secure. They required a $50 non-refundable deposit for pets but that wasn't surprising - the low room rate kept the price reasonable....
