This property is currently undergoing renovations which made it difficult to sleep in due to the noise. When I made my reservation then I was contacted by someone representing the hotel via text message and to let them know that “if there's anything else you need during your stay, feel free to let us know, we're only a message away” When I checked in then it was late and my room key was taped to the outside of the “lobby” of the hotel.
The following morning I tried to call the hotel lobby but there was no answer. It appeared to be closed due to the renovations. I texted the “representative” about what time they were serving breakfast to the hotel guests. I was responded to about 10 minutes later to let them know what time I will be checking out for the following day. I texted twice about the breakfast and no response. I emailed and there was no response either. The following day during check out I asked about the check out time and I was informed 11am. I requested for a late check out which was given. I asked them where I should leave my room key and there was no response.
Later on I asked if I could get a discount due to no breakfast being offered even though it was advertised on Expedia. No response. I complained to Expedia and within a few hours I got a response stating “…we apologize for any inconvenience you had. I will make note of this for management to reach out in the morning.” I haven’t been called or notified.
I’ve stayed here before but this stay was horrible!
