“Had a maintenance issue. Front desk gal acted put out to change rooms. Said she would call me after talking to her manager. Two hours later and I had to go back down as she never called. I mentioned that and she claimed she did…with attitude.
As for the property…they charge you for internet…that explains enough of their approach to customer service and amenities.”

“Understandably it was under renovation but wow. They probably should have shut it down and then do a reopening once the renovation was finished. Front desk agent was rude. The halls had a bad odor. Mostly curry. I would wait at least a year before staying there. It was a disaster.”
