โDirty beds, bedsheets and bathroom. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. Bathroom was leaking and dirty with spiders and spiderwebs. Room is like a jail, no windows. It was a horrible experience. I advise travellers to stay at Hatton and travel to Nallandeniya on time to clime Adam's peak.โ
โAWESOME EXPERIENCE. Everyone - front office, housekeeping, F&B, & the spa - were exceptional with services par excellence. Rishnati qt front desk was OUTSTANDING, along with Nadan. Buffet breakfast and dinner were superb. Very scenic location - interiors are very beautiful. Highly recommended!โ
โ+++ Absolutely magnificent place with a wonderful history. The wooden features are beautiful and the bedrooms are outstanding. Wonderful snooker table and fireplaces. Lovely garden where you can sit and enjoy afternoon tea. The staff, especially Sameera, were absolutely excellent- they couldnโt do enough for us. Thank you again Sameera, we will hopefully see you again one day!

โThe Grand Argyle Resort & Villas was a beautiful location. Our room was very clean and spacious. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. There was a pool table located upstairs and an outdoor pool, however, it was not clean enough to enter. We did enjoy walking around the property and site seeing. The area offers spectacular views! I would recommend this hotel to others! โ

โA beautiful property nestled in the jungle. The views were amazing and the sounds of the rushing river were super relaxing. The rooms were big and airy. There is no air conditioning but some ceiling fans that do the job perfectly (we were never too hot at night) - the pool with the river view in room 10 was spectacular. We enjoyed the food and the service was really nice and kind. Ashley is a character and brings some personality to the table. Itโs very isolated but itโs possible to get a Tuktuk...
โWe stayed in the hotel because of Sinharaja rain forest. Location is good, close to city but quiet for sleep. Hotel is very wear off and needs proper cleaning of everything. Owner is nice and helpful is you need to manage something.โ
