Cons: Hotel located in old part of town, need to travel further for halal food. Parking limited but hotel do provide alternative locations to their credit. โ
โStrategically located...near the highway sg petani south exit...fast check in..allowed extra hour check out..ample parking space in front of hotel and also basement...spacious room...shopping and food outlets all in walking distance...friendly staffs...great hospitality...hotel worth the price...satisfied with the overall stay...โ

โAll good. Staff are very friendly and not too crowded during weekdays. Buggy services are quick and helpful. The waterpark is big and fun. More fun if the slides have more water pressure. The kid keeps getting stuck in the middle because it's not slippery enough.โ
"Room was not ready yet. Staff said it will be prepared soon but i had to wait more than 40minutes after regular check in time 3PM.
