โThe hotel is brand new and the rooms are refreshed with all the amenities needed to enjoy Goa. In a great location and very much enjoyed the professional and very excellent staff. โLoved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again.
A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu.
It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants.
The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....
โBooked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in.
The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote.โ

โCurrently traveling around Inda, wanted to visit the City. Hotel is in a great location, a little tired but served us perfectly! Plug socket was coming away from the wall & so was the sink but bed was comfortable and room was clean.โ
โThe staff are all absolutely amazing, so friendly and polite. The hotel is exceptionally clean. They go out of their way to help you. The breakfast was fabulous, so many varieties to cater for all and again the staff serve your every need. The only, very minor point I have is the bathroom, the layout is a bit odd and the shower doors have a gap which means water leaks out all over the bathroom.โ
โWonderfully comfortable guesthouse in an oasis of calm, but also a great location, close to the main streets for eating and shopping. Run by a great host who can arrange taxi-tours and is very knowledgeable about local sights. I would recommend this lodging without hesitation.โ
