“The actual property location on Expedia is incorrect, only when receiving the Sykes confirmation was the correct location stated. I messaged the property owner via Expedia to request a cancellation but received no reply. The chalet is fairly dated but clean. WiFi has to be paid for at £10 a week which seems a bargain until you realise it’s unusable most of the time. “This was such a lovely, quiet stay, the home (Cottage 3) was well equipped, warm, and extremely comfortable. The facilities at the pool were great and the kids loved it! Communication on how to enter, exit, etc was perfect - no issues, no complaints - thank you for the wonderful stay. ”
