โWe booked through hotel.com, so I thought there might be a check-in desk because we never received a welcome email with the unit number or the door code. It took me a while to find a phone number for hotel.com, but they were able to find a person to send the welcome email, and everything was wonderful after that! (On a side note, another couple in the parking area told me they had the same problem, so be sure you have your welcome email before you get there.)โ

โVery clean, nice employee ( Hunter) checked us in, food looked fresh and the place was unkept very well. Easy access off highway and still quiet. โ
"Check in was smooth and easy, and front desk was very willing to help in any way he could. Honestly, one of the kindest front desks during my trip.
The property itself made it a bit difficult to carry heavy suitcases up to 2nd level without any lifts, and A/C was a bit dated. However, room itself is spacious and functional and would not mind to stay again if there's an occasion in the future."
